• Product #: 8012 - 18V AC version -  The # 8012 uses 18VAC and LEDs are reduced to low voltages DC that has to be AC filtered with 2 added ceramic capacitors in each little Dwarf body so that the LEDs don't flicker.  That is why #8012 cost more than #8010.  #8012 works on up to 18VAC track voltage and the LEDs are polarity-reversed and filtered.  They mechanically change stepped-slowly mechanically.
